Shaft & Roller

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.

The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.

Hydraulic Pump Station

The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.

The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.

Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.

Touch Screen Control Cabinet 

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.

The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

The system is simple and easy to operate.

A: Our quotes are usually FOB, so you can arrange the sea freight portion yourself.

Q: After we purchase your factory's machine, how is after-sales service arranged? Does your company provide overseas engineer installation and training services?

A: Yes, we can.

If the customer requires our engineers to travel to their factory, we have the corresponding capability, but the customer will need to bear the costs, including airfare, visa, accommodation, and daily allowances for the engineers.

Generally, the machines are shipped as a whole unit, once the machine arrives at the customer's factory, it only requires simple installation according to the instruction manual provided by the factory. The control interface is a touchscreen, which is simple and easy to understand. We also provide free online after-sales service.
