Chrome-plated surface finish: The roll surfaces undergo precision finishing and hard chrome plating. This high-quality finish significantly reduces scratching of the color-coated steel sheet's surface layers (such as the baked-on paint or galvanized coating) during the forming process, while also enhancing the rolls' wear resistance and service life.

Multi-stage progressive forming: By utilizing a series of roll sets that transition from flat to curved profiles, the metal sheet undergoes uniform stress release during cold forming. This ensures the finished profiled sheet has a flat, even shape and precise crest angles.

Profile Cutting Blades: Centrally aligned, wave-shaped carbide blades. The blade profile perfectly matches the corrugated shape of the tile after it has passed through the forming section, ensuring a clean, burr-free cut without distorting the tile's form.

Hydraulic Power System: Equipped with hydraulic cylinders and lines at the top and sides, this system delivers powerful downward force to drive the upper blade assembly, enabling precise cutting.

Guide Columns: Heavy-duty, chrome-plated guide columns are positioned on both sides to ensure exceptional vertical alignment and stability during the blade's reciprocating motion, preventing misalignment or jamming.

Hydraulic Pump Station

Touch Screen Control Cabinet 

This part is used to support Coil.
And make the coil in a rotary way.

The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.
The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.

A: Our quotes are usually FOB, so you can arrange the sea freight portion yourself.

Of course, we can also help you to arrange the shipping part. Customer just need to provide with us a name of the nearest port to you, and we can include that cost, allowing you to conveniently wait for the machine to arrive without any hassle.

 

Q: After we purchase your factory's machine, how is after-sales service arranged? Does your company provide overseas engineer installation and training services?

A: Yes, we can.

If the customer requires our engineers to travel to their factory, we have the corresponding capability, but the customer will need to bear the costs, including airfare, visa, accommodation, and daily allowances for the engineers.

Generally, the machines are shipped as a whole unit, once the machine arrives at the customer's factory, it only requires simple installation according to the instruction manual provided by the factory. The control interface is a touchscreen, which is simple and easy to understand. We also provide free online after-sales service.
